1. India Post Franchise 2.0 क्या है?
भारत सरकार के Department of Posts (India Post) ने अपनी Courier, Express और Parcel (CEP) Services को देश के हर कोने तक पहुँचाने के लिए New Franchisee Scheme 2.0 लॉन्च की है, जो 1 जनवरी 2026 से प्रभावी है। यह Scheme DOP के Office Memorandum No. 39-03/2019-D [06/2025] दिनांक 11 दिसंबर 2025 के तहत जारी हुई है।
India Post के पास देश में 1.56 लाख से अधिक Post Offices हैं — यह दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा Postal Network है। फिर भी नए Urban Townships और Remote Areas में Demand के अनुसार Post Offices नहीं हैं। इसी Gap को भरने के लिए यह Franchise Scheme लाई गई है।

3. Franchise के Types और Licenses
Franchise 2.0 में अलग-अलग Licenses हैं। एक व्यक्ति/Firm एक या एक से अधिक Licenses ले सकते हैं:
3.1 Booking Franchise (License B/C)
यह सबसे Popular Model है। इसमें Franchise Outlet पर Customers आकर Speed Post, Registered Post, Parcels, COD और International Articles Book कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए एक Fixed Shop/Office Space जरूरी है।
3.2 Delivery Franchise (License D)
इसमें आप India Post के Parcels, Speed Post Parcels और COD Articles को अपने Assigned Area में Deliver करते हैं। Delivery पर Per Article Commission मिलता है। अपना Vehicle होना फायदेमंद है।
3.3 Pickup Franchise (License E)
इसमें आप Customers (खासकर E-commerce Sellers) के दरवाजे पर जाकर Articles Pickup करते हैं और Post Office या Hub पर जमा करते हैं। Click & Book Collections भी इसी में आती हैं।
3.4 Postal Agent (सबसे आसान शुरुआत)
यह Franchise का सबसे Simple रूप है। इसमें केवल Stamps, Stationery और Philatelic Items बेचे जाते हैं। कोई Security Deposit नहीं, कोई Agreement नहीं। Link Post Office से न्यूनतम ₹300 की Stock Cash में खरीदें और 5% Commission पर बेचें।
4. पात्रता (Eligibility Criteria)

5. Commission Structure — कितनी कमाई होगी?
5.1 Speed Post Document Commission (Slab-wise)
Speed Post Document की Commission Monthly Billing Revenue के आधार पर Slab में मिलती है:

9. Apply कैसे करें — Step-by-Step
India Post Franchise 2.0 के लिए Application Quarterly Windows में Accept होते हैं — यानी साल में 4 बार Apply करने का मौका मिलता है।
